Wednesday Night Run - Join a KC running tradition that hasn’t missed a beat since 1982, where old and new friends meet at a home for a run followed a potluck dinner. Meet new people and see new areas of KC. Click on the Wednesday Night Run link at the top of our site for a listing of upcoming runs, or call 816-333-RACE for this week’s location.

Monday Night Run at Gary Gribbles Running Sports (Ward Parkway Shopping Center). Every Monday at 6 p.m. from the store at Ward Parkway Center, entrance off State Line and 85th.

Runs at Metro Walk & Run, 95th and Metcalf (by First Watch). Call for times and days.

MONDAYS, New Runners’ class, 5:45 p.m., (3-mile total course), Gary Gribbles Running Sports, Ward Parkway Center, 85th and State Line. Classes are through Communiversity and run 10 weeks. You must sign up with KCTC to attend.

TUESDAY INTERVALS: All Clubs, 5:30 p.m., Shawnee Mission North Track. Metcalf at Johnson Drive. April through October. For more information, use our Comments/Suggestions form to the left.

TUESDAY INTERVALS: Northland Runners, Macken Park, 5:30 p.m.

THURSDAY RUN, Macken Park, NKC, 5:30 p.m., easy pace.

SUNDAY RUN, Long run at HEALTH PLUS, 8 a.m. (winter), 6 to 21 miles. Summer at 7 a.m.

SUNDAY RUN, Einstein Bros. Bagels, 69th and Mission Road, 7:30 a.m., 7 miles.
